 Exchange Policy

At H.R. Fashion World, customer satisfaction is important to us. Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of product delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags intact. The original bill/invoice is mandatory for all exchange requests. The customer is allowed to exchange the product only once against the invoice. Only the size or color of the product can be exchanged. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Strict Exchange Conditions The following items are not eligible for exchange: • • • • •

• Products requested after the permitted exchange period. White-colored garments. Ethnic wear and special occasion wear. Innerwear, accessories, and customized products. Discounted, clearance, fixed-price, or promotional items. If the security tag is found broken or removed, exchange or return of the item will not be accepted under any circumstances. H.R. Fashion World reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.

Return & Refund Policy

H.R. Fashion World currently provides exchange-only services on selected products. Direct cash refunds are generally not available unless specifically approved by the management.

Refunds, if applicable, may only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
    • Defective or damaged product received
    • Order cancelled by H.R. Fashion World

Approved refunds will be processed within the next 5 working days. However, the actual refund timeline may vary depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
